Wild brainstorming meets rapid sketching. We jam on Discord, throw ideas around, then sketch user flows in minutes. Every app starts with "what if we could…"

Build

48-hour version, then chaos testing

Build fast, break things, learn faster. A working prototype in about 48 hours, then friends and kids find every edge case we missed.

Launch

Focus, then a soft release

Get ruthless with scope. Cut what doesn't matter, then soft launch on TestFlight and Reddit. The most forgiving users help polish the rough edges.

Iterate

Metrics and weekly updates

Numbers don't lie, but users do surprise us. We track retention and happiness, ship improvements weekly, and give personal support when things go wrong.
